About Study Companion

A document-first study system for turning real course materials into something you can navigate, question, test, and listen to.

Why we built it

General-purpose chat tools are useful for short questions, but studying a long textbook or a semester's worth of lecture material is a different problem. Students need reliable coverage, small navigable sections, and study outputs they can keep.

Study Companion processes selected material chapter by chapter and produces structured teaching content, cited document chat, quizzes, a concept map, and optional audio. You approve the page cost before processing, and purchased credits do not expire.

How we approach learning tools

Useful automation should reduce setup work without hiding the source or pretending to replace it.

Built from your sources

Study materials and chat answers are grounded in the documents you provide, with citations that help you return to the relevant chapter and section.

Designed for active study

Guides, misconception-based quizzes, knowledge maps, and audio are organized chapter by chapter so you can read, listen, and test yourself.

Accessible in more than one format

Audio options and explanations of visual material help learners work with dense documents in the format that best fits the moment.

Transparent about limitations

AI-generated material can be incomplete or mistaken. Important academic, medical, legal, and professional information should be checked against the original source.

Editorial transparency

  • Educational articles should distinguish cited research from product claims and opinion.
  • Comparison content should explain how products and prices were checked.
  • Substantive corrections and updates should be reflected in the page's modified date.
